Keller

Strengthening global wellbeing through a human-performance lens

  • The challenge
Keller operates across the global construction industry, where workforce wellbeing is a significant concern and male mental ill health presents a particular risk. The organisation wanted to strengthen its approach to wellbeing and better connect it to performance across a diverse international workforce of around 15,000 employees.
  • The approach
Agile Edge supported the development of Keller’s wellbeing strategy through a human-performance lens. This included gathering insight across global divisions, understanding existing provision, identifying gaps and drawing together the experiences of different parts of the organisation.
The work moved beyond individual initiatives to consider how wellbeing, leadership, culture and organisational performance interacted across the wider business.
  • The impact
The findings provided Keller with strategic direction for strengthening wellbeing provision across its global workforce, helping inform a more coordinated and performance-focused approach to supporting its people.
  • Agile Edge in practice:
Listen globally → understand the system → identify gaps → provide strategic direction → strengthen workforce performance.
